Default Stacking or scrolling titles?

Again forgive me if this has been posted, I searched on it several different ways.

As my original character moves through the game, I'm getting more and more titles. Instead of just picking one to display, I thought it might be kind of cool to have a stacking title, but I could see that getting really big. So what about a scrolling one (like the news across the bottom of the tv) where it only takes the same amount of space as the original title but either scrolls horizontally or vertically every few seconds? I don't know the technical side of this whether it would cause some game lag if they scrolled.

Anyone else?

Scrolling would be highly, highly annoying to me. I don't wanna see anything flashing across my screen unless it is emotes.

You should definitely be able to stack titles. Maybe for those with crap computers they could make an option to turn off stacked titles so that they see just the first one but by default everyone would see all the titles the title owner chooses to stack.

Only being able to show one title at a time is very fun-limiting and even aggravating.

Stacking titles would make the game as a whole immensely more fun.

not signed, personally I would find it a pain, long lists of titles flashing at me. Probably encourage discrimination because who would you choose, someone with a stack of titles or someone without?
Also this is what Kind of a big deal is for

Kind of a Big Deal doesn't take into account your PVP titles since all of those are impossible to max (other than the Kurz and Lux ones but those aren't really PVP in the true sense of the word).

Discrimination will always occur regardless of title stacking or not. So might as well put title stacking in.

Kind of a Big Deal & People Know Me cover most of the PvE titles, and most PvPers pick a certain area to focus on (HoH, GvG, or RA/TA), so they don't really need stacking titles.

I'm up for stacking 2 or 3. Dont want a long list though especially if they add new titles in later chapters.
I wanted to show of protector of tyria and Cantha at once today so this would be useful.

i wouldnt want 5 titles to look at from one person, period. like others haf said. the kind of a big deal already covers the pve titles, and for pvp, they're so hard to get, you hafta focus on one usually.

What about people who are pros at both PVE and PVP?

Kind of a Big Deal doesn't cover them at all.

Or people who have very high tiers in both Rank and Gladiator titles - those are both extremely hard to get and require a ton of time, energy, and skill to achieve. Which is why a good player shouldn't have to choose between only being able to display one of them at once.

It is also very dissatisfying to have to use a title at a much lower tier than 9 or 10 of a Rank Title because it will always look way worse due to the lower number of the other title. You could say "don't use the other titles then" - in that case it makes getting the other titles have no point hence continuing to play the game in those ways also has no point.

Placing your cursor over a persons name and then having all their titles show up can begin to get more than a little annoying. Especially when you're trying to select the Xunlai storage agent and she's got 30 people around her all with all their titles showing.

People might be proud of the fact that they have 7 different titles to show; but do we really need to see that you have 60% of tyria and 70% of cantha and you're a lvl 2 treasure hunter and lvl 1 wisdom seeker? The purpose of titles is just to brag or show off to others what you've done. And to that end there isn't really a need to flood the screen with stacked titles.
